• Do Sabrina wax and oil products offer UV protection?
  No.

• Do any of the oils colour or stain the wood in any way?
  No. The oils do not contain any stains but WILL naturally darken the wood it is applied to.

• Can I apply wax oil to a surface other than oak?
  Yes. Our Supreme Wax Oil is suitable for most untreated timbers.

• Are Sabrina online payments secure?
  Yes. Very. We don't take your payment on our site, you are directed to our Natwest payment merchant—Protx—who process your card details on their secure site and send us the result back. Your online order is seamless, as the information is passed in real time to us.

• Will the oils flake or crack over time?
  No. Our product is an oil, not a varnish and will therefore soak into the wood. You must ensure however, that the timber is free from any previous finish before application

• Will I need to re-apply?
  Yes. We recommend re-applying externally every six months, and internally every twelve months.

• Can I use the oils on top of the stain?
  Yes. Follow instructions for application of wood stain. Ensure the timber is thoroughly dry, and follow instructions for oil application.

• What is the difference between Sabrina Supreme Hard Wax Oil and the Sabrina Supreme Oak Oil?
  The main difference between the two is that the Hard Wax Oil gives a deeper silky sheen finish, and the Oak Oil gives a more flat matt finish.
